About this cue
Hi Everyone,
I have a very nice piece of Chacte Viga or Paella to offer for auction.
I bought this very old piece with a speculation as I hoped from a picture which was not clean it could be Pernambuco or Brazilwood.
Sadly-not the scent and not the colour matching-so must be Chacte Viga than or Paella.
Some people could call this also as Orange Heart due to its colour.
once finish applied this is a reddish orange colour-sapwood is creamy white.
600 X 50 X 50mm with Moisture Content(MC) between 18-21%.
Its weight I am just guessing between 1.2-1.5kg.
This piece come to me from a very old stock and originally sealed both end with wax and as you see with its skipped planner marks and sawn marks too. 2 spots has a dent-maybe around 4-5mm deep. Defects and bug/wormhole-free otherwise.
Kept in a ventillated and heated place in the last couple of months.
